Add the appointed grievance officer's name, contact details and response timeline before launch.
Direct-selling legal review
Obtain qualified Indian legal advice on the complete business model, product pricing, seller contracts, advertising claims, consumer protection, tax, data privacy and payment-provider rules. Keep commission generation disabled until written review and testing are complete.
Privacy and data
Collect only necessary data, restrict staff access, protect uploaded payment proofs, define retention and deletion processes, and publish a privacy policy.
